A Mindfulness Meditation For Releasing Anxiety:

August 27, 2021

Thank you to our Caulfield Natural Health Clinic Counsellor, Naomi Rubinstein, for sharing this blog.

For many, it is such a hard time at the moment and so I really just wanted to share with you this wonderful 24 minute meditation I came across on the meditation app “Insight Timer”.

Glenn Harrold’s voice is so soothing and pleasant to listen to.

The visualisation makes sense and the music in the background is perfect.

All of us here at the Caulfield Natural Health Clinic wish you well during this difficult time and hope to be back to “normal” as soon as possible.

In the meantime, download the “Insight Timer” app on your phone. It’s really easy.

I am taking new and existing clients on zoom. If you need some extra support at this time, please don’t hesitate to contact me via email naomi@caulfieldhealth.com.au for an initial 15 minute free phone consultation.

Take good care and stay safe.
