Bunch Asparagus, each sliced in 1/3
Handful of string beans
300g broad beans
2 handful of spinach leaves
1 spring onion – chopped finely
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seed
1 tsp nigella seeds
Prepare a large bowl with iced water. Bring a large pot to boil, while waiting for it to boil ry pan fry the asparagus and then put them in the iced water. Blanch the beans for 3-5 mins and place with asparagus. removed from water and towel dry thoroughly. ?Blanch broad beans for 2 mins and run under water and remove the skins.
Mix all the ingredients together and top with the dressing.
