Osteopath

Anastasiya Ovechkin (Osteopath) graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science (Osteopathy). Anastasiya has also completed additional courses in Level 1 Dry Needling and Cupping, Obstetrics and Cranial Osteopathy.

Anastasiya enjoys treating a wide and varied range of complaints, with a keen interest in treating migraines and headaches, pregnancy and postpartum related problems. Anastasiya uses both a direct and indirect approach to treatment, along with Cranial Osteopathy techniques. In addition to Anastasiya’s hands-on treatment, she provides education, advice and exercise rehabilitation.

Outside of work, you’ll find Anastasiya cooking up a storm – always experimenting and trying new recipes, and spending time curled up with a new book and hot tea, or working on her newest painting project. Anastasiya has always been highly active growing up – participating in competitive ballet and swimming, currently Anastasiya enjoys a wide variety of physical activity in particular Muay Thai, hiking and working out at the gym.

Anastasiya speaks both English and Russian.
