Louisa’s expertise extends to children, adolescents, couples, and families– including expectant and post-natal parents, and individuals dealing with grief and trauma. She also brings her extensive background and qualifications to support neurodiverse clients, individuals participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme and is LGBTI friendly. She holds memberships with the Australian Counselling Association, and the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia.

Louisa’s practice includes a range of approaches including Person-Centred Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Focusing Therapy, and the Gottman Method for relationships. Intergarting these approaches to client individual therapeutic needs Louisa provides a warm and secure pace where your challenges are heard and addressed. Louisa also offers in-home consultations for perinatal clients and people participating in the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
