Naomi Rubinstein has a Masters Degree in Counselling and a Bachelor of Education. 

Naomi specialises in individuals and also in relationships, particularly couples therapy, based on the Gottman Method. By following the Gottman Method, she offers couples specific tools to help rebuild foundations and healthier lines of communication to enhance a more caring and loving relationship.

Naomi utilises a range of techniques from evidence-based practices including, but not limited to, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation

I strive to foster a respectful and confidential space for individuals to express themselves freely and openly about their concerns and desired outcomes. I believe this is developed, by getting “good at feeling” rather than relentlessly pursuing “feeling good” and by clients learning practical strategies and having tools to more effectively sit with, resolve and manage their challenges, moving forward with sustainable outcomes.

By following the Gottman method in couples counselling, I offer couples specific tools to help rebuild foundations and healthier lines of communication to enhance a more caring and loving relationship.
