Aimee Lewis (Naturopath)

Aimee Lewis is a Naturopath who graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from the Southern School of Natural Therapies. Before studying Naturopathy Aimee completed a Bachelor of Science at The University of Melbourne, majoring in human physiology, with additional studies in anatomy and nutritional biochemistry. When practicing naturopathy Aimee likes to keep things simple, and aims to work with clients to make realistic and sustainable changes that will have the greatest impact. Treatment plans are developed with clients to address underlying obstacles to health with dietary and lifestyle advice, as well as any supplements or personalised herbal mixtures that may be necessary.

Aimee has a special interest in female reproductive health and fertility, and assisting women with conditions such as endometriosis, adenomyosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome and painful or irregular periods. She is also passionate about mental health and addressing an array of concerns regarding the skin, gut, immune and cardiovascular systems.

Outside of the consultation room you will find Aimee training for a fun run, listening to health podcasts, making a huge mess in the kitchen or reading a novel. You can also find her posting on her instagram account @aimee.naturalhealth
